SPB, along with other companies such as Guzmán Global, everis, Bo Growth, GDES, Bbooster or Nunsys, participates in the 2017 Transform Spain Foundation's Multi-company Talent Development Program. This project, which already counts with six successful groups in Madrid and Barcelona, seeks to accelerate and increase the development and talent of their young employees within the company.

These companies and their young talented employees will take advantage of the existing expertise and knowledge of the different companies through various tools such as Mentoring or Shadowing. They will develop their talent by decision making and networking with other professionals from different organizations that can contribute to new points of view and M.O. In addition, the first group created in Valencia has put in place company participations in businesses, startups and seed accelerators in order to enrich the experience of the participants.

SPB participates in this edition with two young talents within the company, who will surely boost their professional career, as well as contribute and share the experience and knowledge gained from their managers with other participants.

The Multi-company Program for Talent Development is the first program in Spain built as collaborative economy and one of the few at European level in which other companies from different sectors participate. The final objective of this project is for companies in Spain to unite and add resources for the development of young talent, boosting their skills and abilities and considering it as a competitive advantage for the country.

The Transform Spain Foundation is chaired by the ex-minister Eduardo Serra and companies such as Iberia, Telefónica or Enagás are part of their board of trustees. La Caixa, Mercadona or Banco Santander also collaborate with this initiative which bets on young Spanish talent.
