Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain is an organisation whose main objective is to make female talent visible in order to build a society based on equality. Its driving force and alma mater is Mercedes Wullich. The first Top 100 ranking was launched in 2011 and since then the initiative has continued to grow and promote diversity and highlight the role of women in the public sphere. In its multiple editions, Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain has made more than 5,000 women visible among candidates and elected women.
