SPB is developing together with AITEX, Instituto Tecnológico Textil and LEITAT new sustainable formulations of concentrated detergent that help to reduce the use of plastic and, consequently, the carbon footprint, and to improve the care of the environment by promoting zero waste.
This project has the financial backing of the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE) and funding from the European Union within the framework of the Comunitat Valenciana FEDER programme for the period 2021-2027.
The aim of this initiative, called ECOLAMIDET, lies in the development of a laundry product that, in addition to reducing the ecological footprint, provides other differentiating characteristics such as biodegradability and the sustainable use of palm oil, while maintaining cleaning efficiency.
