SPB publishes the fourth episode of its podcast Diez Minutos con SPB, with which we aim to showcase very interesting projects that are being carried out by people from different areas of the company.
On this occasion, Anabel Talens, Manager of Strategy and Organisation, was our guest and spoke about the project El espacio del bienestar (The wellbeing space), part of the company’s Climate Plan. The ultimate aim of this project is to promote actions that improve the well-being of employees, both physical and mental.
This wellness space is divided into four sections: wellness days, wellness sessions, taking the pulse of our wellbeing and activating our body. Within each of these legs, the company is leading activities to encourage physical activity and improve the mental health of employees.
This is not the first time that SPB has designed plans focused on wellbeing and health. SPB was a pioneer in the development of such plans in 2012.
