SPB has successfully passed all audits it has undergone in 2023.Audits are one of the most important parts of our work. They are the perfect pretext for us to continuously improve our system, as well as a guarantee of supply for our customers. In the past year 2023, SPB Spain underwent seven certification audits and five customer audits, while SPB Germany underwent two certification audits and one customer audit.
In terms of audits in our company, we have internal and external audits. Internal audits are carried out prior to external certification audits to verify compliance with each process of the system.
In terms of external audits, we can differentiate between certification audits and customer audits. The former are those that form part of the process of continuous improvement of the processes where, year after year, we verify by third parties the compliance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System. These management systems provide our customers with a guarantee of the good operation and work we carry out in our plants.
Customer audits are carried out to verify, in addition to the quality standards set by these regulations, compliance with specific customer requirements.

On the other hand, at SPB we also have a number of other audits or verifications that we have to do throughout the year and which have been successful in all cases. These are:
- Charter Audit: We are certified as AISE, which has been designed with the aim of integrating health, safety and environment throughout the life cycle of products related to the sector of soaps, detergents and cleaning products.
- Health audits: By selling technological coadjuvants, our facilities and compliance with prerequisites and our entire management system are reviewed.
- Ecoembes verification: we check that the weights of the packaging we supply are the same as declared.

It is very important for us that in all of them they highlight the good team we have, as well as the cohesion of the team, their responsibility and the knowledge they have about their operations and methodologies. As a positive point, they also tend to highlight the data capture system we have in the plant (Mapex).
