The Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI) has established its Strategic Committee (CEI). An advisory body composed by scientists, businessmen and technological institutes which will be chaired by scientist Avelino Corma, who obtained the Princess of Asturias Award and Jaume I Prize.
SPB’S President and CEO, Miguel Burdeos, is part of this Strategic Committee as vice president of the CEV and president of the regional employers innovation commission.
During this act, six main lines of action were defined around aspects such as health, the automotive sector, circular economy, agri-food sector and new technologies linked to digitalization and social innovation.
The working method will be through specific groups specially composed for each one of these areas, and during a four month period they will have to present a range of technological solutions non-existent in the market that the AVI will finance through its programs.
