SPB has recently joined DIGYLID, a project consisting of a series of trainings in Leadership skills for Teleworking, which has been developed by IDOCAL, Institute for Research in HR Psychology, Organisational Development and Quality of Working Life of the University of Valencia. This programme aims to provide tools to manage effectiveness in remote work.
Just over a month ago at #spbglobal we introduced the hybrid work model for those positions that can do it. The benefits of this measure are great and it has been very well received.
Hybrid working, at the same time, also poses challenges, especially technological and managerial ones. That is why we have scheduled these trainings, focused on improving leaders’ skills for hybrid work, reducing psychosocial risks and improving the performance and well-being of teams working remotely or in hybrid mode.
At #SPBglobal we believe that adapting to this new way of working, which is so positive but so recent at the same time, will mean a great improvement in the performance and well-being of our employees, so we are sure that the development of these trainings will be very beneficial for the company.
